Participate Community

Access Care Plus provides supports to enable NDIS participants to actively participate in community life, social, recreational, and cultural activities, fostering inclusion, connection, and a sense of belonging. These supports are designed to empower participants to engage in their local community in ways that align with their interests, goals, and NDIS plan outcomes, while promoting independence, confidence, and social wellbeing.

Our participation supports may include assistance with attending community events, recreational and sporting activities, educational programs, volunteering, social groups, and other community-based opportunities, with personalised planning and guidance to ensure each participant is supported safely and meaningfully. Supports are delivered in a person-centred, goal-focused, and culturally respectful manner, encouraging participants to develop social skills, confidence, and connections that enhance their overall quality of life.
