Assist-Personal Activities
Access Care Plus provides assistance with personal activities to support NDIS participants in managing everyday self-care tasks while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing in accordance with their individual NDIS plans. This service is designed for participants who require regular support with personal routines to maintain their daily functioning and quality of life within their home and community environments.

Our trained support workers assist with a range of personal activities including personal hygiene, showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and drinking, mobility support, and establishing consistent daily routines, while encouraging participants to actively participate in tasks wherever possible. Supports are delivered in a respectful, person-centred manner that recognises individual preferences, cultural considerations, and support needs.

At Access Care Plus, we are committed to delivering safe, reliable, and flexible personal activity supports that empower participants to build confidence and independence over time. We work collaboratively with participants, families, carers, and allied health professionals to ensure supports are responsive, aligned with NDIS goals, and delivered in accordance with NDIS Practice Standards, enabling participants to live with choice, control, and dignity.
