Daily Tasks/Shared Living

Access Care Plus provides support with daily tasks and shared living arrangements to assist NDIS participants in maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive home environment while promoting independence and positive living outcomes. This service is designed for participants who require ongoing assistance to manage everyday household routines and shared responsibilities within supported or shared accommodation settings.

Our supports include assistance with meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, household organisation, budgeting, and the establishment of daily routines, while encouraging participants to actively participate in tasks according to their abilities and goals. In shared living environments, we support participants to develop cooperative living skills, maintain respectful relationships with others, and build the confidence required to live harmoniously and independently within a shared household.

At Access Care Plus, we deliver person-centred, consistent, and responsive supports that are tailored to each participant’s NDIS plan, preferences, and cultural needs. We work collaboratively with participants, families, carers, and support networks to ensure shared living arrangements promote stability, choice, and control, while supporting participants to build life skills, increase independence, and achieve meaningful long-term outcomes.
