Assist Personal Activities High

Access Care Plus provides high-intensity assistance with personal activities for NDIS participants who require ongoing, complex, or continuous support to complete essential daily living tasks safely and with dignity. This service is designed for participants with higher support needs who may require physical assistance, supervision, or specialised support to maintain their personal care, health, and wellbeing.

Our experienced and trained support workers assist with personal activities such as personal hygiene, showering, toileting, dressing, grooming, eating and drinking, mobility support, transfers, and the use of assistive equipment. Supports are delivered in accordance with individual NDIS plans, support plans, and risk assessments, ensuring all care is responsive, respectful, and aligned with participant goals, preferences, and cultural needs.
